What to wear
Running shoes, athletic shorts, a hat, socks, and t-shirts (nothing too baggy). As rowers will go back and forth on a moving seat, it is advised that the shorts be tight fitting. Loose and baggy shorts will get stuck in the seat tracks! Biker shorts or spandex are common rowing attire!
