Eastern Michigan Volleyball Camps provide players and teams with a competitive and educational experience. Our goal is to teach the game by building a solid foundation for players at all levels. Campers will be be grouped according to age and skill level.  Every session, all drills, and feedback are designed to be adjusted to benefit the appropriate age and skill level of the campers.

Those attending Eastern Michigan Volleyball Camp will work with our experienced coaching staff, players and guest coaches. We encourage the campers to work hard, get better, make new friends, and have fun at EMU Volleyball Camps!

All of our camps are open to any and all entrants for both male and female campers. Academy camps are for students in 6th-12th grade, and our all skills clinics are open to 3rd-12th.  We can only accept a minimum number of campers, so the camps can fill quickly.  Be sure to complete the registration to secure a spot in the camps. Mail in registration are allowed.  Email KOLSON15@emich.edu for more info.

The 2017 season marks Head Coach Kimi Olson's most successful season at the helm of the Eastern Michigan University women’s volleyball team. In 2017, she guided the Eagles back to the MAC Championship Tournament, and a 5th place finish in the MAC final rankings.  The Eagles ended their season 16-18 record on the year.  Olson came to Ypsilanti after spending the previous five seasons as an assistant coach at the College of Charleston, and 2 years at the University at Albany. Just the eighth head coach in program history,  Olson brings 14 years of experience and competing at the Divison I level.

Olson brings a championship pedigree and a wealth of volleyball knowledge to Ypsilanti after working at one of the top mid-major programs in the country. In her five seasons, she helped the Cougars to two Southern Conference South Division championships and a tournament championship and NCAA tournament bid in 2012. She was also instrumental in CofC's successful transition to the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), culminating in a tournament championship in 2013. The 2014 squad claimed the 2014 CAA regular season title while also advancing to the league's tournament championship game.

During her five-year stretch in The Holy City, the Cougars posted a 131-39 record and a 70-8 mark in conference play . As a group, they also managed a 90 percent conference win-rate, five conference championships and three appearances in the NCAA Tournament.  Additionally, the 2012 squad advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament after the program's first victory over a ranked team, defeating the No. 23 ranked Miami Hurricanes in five sets.
