Fall Prospect Camp

Camp:

 

 

Session I: 11:00 AM-1:00 PM– Technique Session

 

 

30 Minute Lunch Break (lunch is not provided)

 

 

Session II: 1:30 PM– 3:30 PM- SIUE college style 

  wrestling practice

 

 

Session I & II will consist folkstyle wrestling

 

Current SIUE Wrestlers will participate in skill instruction and demonstration

 

Clinic Price: $35

 

 

Where: SIUE Vadalabene Center

 

 

*All proceeds support the  SIUE Wrestling Program

Wrestling Camp

 

 

 

 

-An experience designed to positively impact your wrestling and life


-Training by expert coaches, clinicians, and student athletes from SIUE


-Coaches have trained multiple All-Americans and National Champions at all levels


-Coaching roots originate from the Universities of Missouri, Cornell, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Boise State and SIUE


-Training in all areas of folkstyle wrestling with cutting edge technique


-Optional Freestyle and Greco Roman training designed for Junior National Training


-Instruction in Sports Psychology, strength training, and diet & nutrition


-Opportunity to expose wrestlers to a division I college wrestling program atmosphere


 

Things to Bring:
Campers should bring workout gear consisting of: wrestling shoes, several pairs of gym shorts and shirts, socks, and headgear. Participants MUST fur-nish their own bedding (twin size), provide their own towels, bathroom toiletries, and laundry detergent. You may also wish to bring a swimsuit, an alarm clock, and spending money for snacks, video games, and merchandise. Rooms are air-conditioned.

 


Rules:
Any violation of University or State Laws will result in immediate removal from the camp without REFUND.
Activities Available:Swimming, frisbee golf, ping pong, volleyball,bowling, billiards, air hockey, arcade games, movies.

 


Ages Range:
Camps are open to all wrestlers in grades 1-12 (Ages 6-18).
