DESCRIPTION

WE ARE BACK ON CAMPUS FOR 2018.

 

Boston College BIRDBALL Summer Youth Baseball Camp provides any player wishing to improve their game in a high pace, fun and safe environment. The camp will be held on the brand NEW Baseball field- opening in March of 2018. 

 

BIRDBALL Baseball Camps provides a fun learning environment for all of our campers while teaching the fundamentals of baseball.  We promote, develop and assist in the development of each camper in all aspects in the game for children between the ages of 6 and 12.  We accommodate players of all ability levels from the novice player to the more advanced youth player.   Our program stresses and develops the qualities of citizenship, discipline, integrity, courage, teamwork and physical well-being.  Through our program campers will not only enjoy themselves but they will be building skills that will help them achieve their goals and thrive, both as teammates and as citizens.

 

 

INCLUDES BIRDBALL TEE SHIRT FOR EVERY PARTICIPANT

All participants should bring their own EQUIPMENT: Glove, bat & helmet (if they have them), hat, and water bottle and lunch and a snack for the day.

         Typical day:

9:00AM– Stretch

9:30AM– Throwing Program

10:00AM– Defensive Skill work

11:00AM Morning Game

12:00PM– Lunch**Each Camper must provided own Lunch**

1:00PM– Offensive Skill work

2:00PM– Game Two

3:00PM– Pick up

**3:00PM-5:00PM– Extended Day– Sports Camp**

**Extended Day Sports Camp** An option is a extended day set-up for players to stay on campus and play other sports related activities with current Boston College baseball players and other BC athletes.

The Boston College Baseball Camps must comply with Regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Heath and be licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Health.
