There will be a lot of moving around so it is important that you prepare yourself by stretching and doing some flexibility exercises before you arrive. We will do a dynamic war-up before we get started but you should do something before you arrive. Start hydrating yourself a couple days before camp starts and do not eat anything heavy prior to reporting for camp. We will have plenty of water available throughout the event with plenty of water breaks. This is a non-contact evaluation so it is important to dress in shorts, t-shirt, or compression shirt. Bring cleats and wear comfortable socks. If you have sensitive skin, please make sure to bring sun block with you; apply some before you come. Also, bring a water bottle with you, though we will have water stations and water breaks, you will be able to fill up your water bottle when you need extra water. We suggest you bring some energy bars to snack on during the prospect camp if you so desire. If you want to drop off film and transcripts please give them to the Director of Football Operations, Coach Padilla, at registration.  Please be sure to bring the waiver/insurance form and copies of insurance cards with you signed by your parents with all pertinent information. We look forward to seeing you!
