DESCRIPTION

 

This team camp, open to any and all girls entering grades 9-12 as of the Fall of 2019, is designed to provide skill and tactical instruction from the RedHawk Volleyball Staff, as well as the opportunity to experience significant competition prior to the start of your high school season. Our goal is to improve your court systems and team communication. Sessions of play will be in a round robin format and teams will be placed into appropriate competitive brackets. The camp provides an excellent opportunity for coaches to discuss their team’s needs and gain ideas about training and strategy.

 

There will be an hour and a half lunch break for team campers. Residential campers receive meals included in the camp fee. Both campers will receive instruction and a T-shirt. Residential campers will experience air conditioned housing. Head Coaches and one Assistant Coach will receive free housing, meals, and Drill packet.

 

 

LOCATIONS

 

Camp will be held in Phillips Hall and the Recreation Center on Miami University’s Oxford campus.

  • Team Coach – Coach may choose to collect all individual registrations and payments and mail together

    • Roster Due Date - All team rosters are due from coaches by Friday, June 28th to meet the housing deadline. If the roster is not submitted, teams will be charged a $75 fee per day. Teams can make changes to their roster up until 48 hours of the camp start. Every change made to the roster within 48 hours of the camp will result in a $12 charge.

 

Please make all checks or money orders payable to Miami UniversityIn order for the camper to be enrolled in the clinic, full payment must be received.

 

Camp Refund Policy:

A refund request form can be found above. Any cancellation notices received 10 days prior to the first day of camp will receive a full refund. Any cancellation notice received within 10 days will be eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the camp fee. Any cancellations received within two days of the first day of camp will not be eligible for a refund unless medical / family emergency or academic required event can be documented. If no cancellation notice is received, the camper will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy include cancellations due to documented illness, mandatory school commitment, or family emergency.
