USC SPECIALISTS CAMP (Open to Any And All Entering Grades 9 - 12)*
This camp is geared towards experienced athletes seeking an opportunity to use the fundamentals of Placekicking, Punting, and Long Snapping at the highest level of collegiate football. Camp activities will be led by USC Special Teams Coordinator John Baxter, current USC players and Special Teams Coordinators from other top college programs. This is a camp where fine tuning of technique and fundamentals in the field goal, the kick-off, and the punt will occur. This camp is geared toward experienced athletes and will have a significant competitive component. Campers will have an opportunity to compete in a skill contest as part of the camp agenda highlighting the skills learned from camp instruction.
Instruction for all positions is available.
Camp registration will begin at 8:00am in front of Heritage Hall. Camp activity will take place from 9:00am – 4:00pm. A camp T-shirt and lunch will be provided.

LOCATION, FACILITIES & SUPERVISION
All Trojan Football Camps will be held on the USC University Park Campus, conveniently located on the outskirts of Downtown Los Angeles. Practice sessions will take place on Howard Jones / Brian Kennedy Practice Fields and Loker Track & Field Stadium. Campers will also receive instruction in the weight room of our new state of the art facility, the John McKay Center. Registration will take place at the renovated Heritage Hall, which celebrates the proud history of Trojan athletics and houses 6 Heisman Trophies. Campers will dine in the Galen Athletic Cafeteria. Camp instruction and supervision is provided by the USC coaching staff, USC Football support staff, current USC players, USC Athletics Director of Security and selected guest coaches from other top college programs. All camp staff members are required to complete a background check prior to employment. The physical address of Heritage Hall, which will serve as camp headquarters is 3501 Watt Way, Los Angeles, CA, 90089. HEALTH, SAFETY & INSURANCE COVERAGE
All participants must be covered by personal medical insurance. In addition to a parent/guardian waiver, we encourage that each camper submit a copy of their Fall 2018 Sports or School Physical. Due to the heat and fast-paced tempo of our practices, each camper is encouraged to come to camp in good physical condition. Every effort is made to protect the health and safety of each camper through our certified athletic training staff, supervised warm-up periods, constant inspection of equipment and responsible instruction. It is the responsibility of each camper to stay hydrated. Water and Powerade® will be available at all times. Campers without the proper parent/guardian signatures on their registration form will not be allowed to participate!
TRANSPORTATION & LODGING
For those traveling from out of the area or out of state to attend our camps we recommend lodging at the Radisson Hotel. Rooms are available for direct booking by calling (213) 748 – 4141. Rooms may be booked online at www.radisson.com The hotel is located at 3540 South Figueroa Street Los Angeles, California, 90007, a 5 minute walk through campus to our camp headquarters at Heritage Hall.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to change a session or cancel one altogether, we must receive your request in writing with a valid reason. For all camps, cancellations received:
* Camp is open to any and all participants entering grades 9-12 and graduate transfers from 4-year institutions provided USC has permission to contact on file from that institution. Grad transfers will not be permitted to walk up.
All campers will be permitted to register for only the morning or afternoon session and pay the prorated amount of $50 if desired.
