$400 per 7-on-7 team with a team roster maximum of 20 players
Teams wishing to have more than 20 players on their roster can pay an additional $20 per player over the roster limit.
A maximum of 3 coaches t-shirts per team entered.
$150 per Lineman Challenge team with a roster maximum of 8 players
Teams wishing to have more than 8 players on their roster can pay an additional $20 per player over the roster limit.
1 coaches t-shirt per team entered.
** Registration Check List **
- If you have not already done so, email Alema Fitisemanu at firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate if you are planning to participate in the 2018 Ute Shoot, including the number of teams that will be participating from your school.
- Complete the Ute Shoot Registration Paperwork and Waiver found below, and submit to Utah Football, Attn: Ute Shoot.
- Submit team roster sheet for each team you plan to enter.
- Collect completed and signed Consent Forms from each player on your team(s). IMPORTANT: Players will not be permited to participate without signed Consent Form.
- Include check for payment: (one form of payment per school please)
- $400.00 per 7-on-7 team (roster cap 20 players per team, additional players above 20 are $20.00 per player)
- $150.00 per Lineman Challenge team (Roster cap 8 players per team, additional players above 8 are $20 per player)
- Team rosters with shirt sizes must be submitted prior to registration deadline (Tuesday May 29, 2018)
When you submit your registration documents, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call. If you do not receive a confirmation, your documents have not been received!!!!
Please note: Only team coaches may register teams for the Ute Shoot and Lineman Challenge.
